Irises painting
All credit for growing this gorgeous little group of iris flowers goes to my next door neighbour. I have conjured up their likeness several times. This acrylic knife painting is the latest and I’m sure it won’t be the last. I just love the combination of strong violet blue with that flash of yellow, such a pleasing and refreshingly vibrant contrast of colours.
