“The Blackbird’s Garden” acrylic painting

A mixed media acrylic and collage piece which emerged from rapid painterly beginnings, through a slow transformation, towards a rosy garden view.
I was hoping for a bird to appear – and there, eventually, he was – revealed as a tame garden friend, a blackbird taking ownership of his surroundings.
This is a varnished canvas piece that can be hung unframed.
